A friend and I went to Lunchtime music concert at Oxford. It was such a nice afternoon I took a few street shots with the Fuji X100 I had with me.

Canoe Race on the Thames Canal this weekend
It was fun to get out in the wind and rain and see people getting very wet but enjoying it.
The race went on but we chickened out and went to the Trout Inn for a nice lunch.

First shots of June
June has started with the weather being bit of a mixed bag. A fair bit of sun, with cool winds and a couple of heavy showers.
Plenty of chances to get some photos around and about.
I have been using my Sony a7 with the Vivitar MF 100mm Macro lens. It gives great results but a fun challange to get the right DOF with a full frame camera doing Macro.

Sad to see this young chick running about. It was happy to hunt for food in the grass but I'm afraid he would not be long before Crows or Magpies take him for a meal. (Looked like a Blackbird chick?)
